By visiting our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Overview

Wrapitects provides professional wrapping services, including but not limited to:

  • Residential and Commercial interior wrapping
  • Custom design solutions
  • Interior wrapping installation services
 

All services are subject to availability and applicable laws in the UAE.

 

3. Payments

3.1 Service Confirmation

Upon confirmation of the service, a detailed contract outlining the agreed-upon materials, design specifications, dimensions, and delivery terms will be provided to both parties as a formal reference document.

 

3.2 Pricing

Prices displayed on our website or quoted during consultations are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations, material costs, or other factors.

 

3.3 Payment Terms

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required before we commence work on your project.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (for in-person transactions).
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your invoice.
 

3.4 Taxes

All prices exclude VAT and any other applicable taxes, which will be added to your final invoice as per UAE regulations.

 

4. Design Ownership and Intellectual Property

4.1 Client-Provided Designs

If you provide a design for wrapping, you warrant that you own the rights to such design or have obtained necessary permissions. You indemnify us against any claims arising from unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property.

 

4.2 Wrapitects-Created Designs

Designs created by Wrapitects remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of the design transfers to you solely for the purpose of the agreed-upon project. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution of our designs is prohibited.

 

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellations

Please review the following terms regarding cancellations and material changes:

  • If you decide to cancel your order before materials are ordered, a 20% fee will apply to the paid amount.
  • Should you wish to change materials after they have been purchased, costs will be calculated on a pro-rata basis .
  • If materials have not yet been purchased, changes can be made at no additional cost , unless there is a price difference with the new materials, which will then be adjusted accordingly.

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued only under exceptional circumstances, such as errors on our part or failure to meet agreed specifications. Refunds are processed after deducting applicable charges and administrative fees.

 

6. Warranty and Liability

6.1 Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on materials and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship but does not extend to damages caused by misuse, accidents, or natural wear and tear.

 

6.2 Limitation of Liability

Wrapitects shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

 

7. Delivery and Installation

7.1 Timelines

Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions or client delays, are beyond our control.

 

7.2 Site Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible and safe. Additional charges may apply if modifications are needed to accommodate unforeseen obstacles.

 

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the UAE.

 

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
